I had my first acai bowl for breakfast a few months ago at Juice Generation in NYC. It was sort of like a smoothie in a bowl, and it blew my mind.
– acai smoothie pack (found at Whole Foods) +
– coconut or almond milk +
– a handful of greens
– hemp hearts
– fresh fruit
– a little agave
