I had my first acai bowl for breakfast a few months ago at Juice Generation in NYC. It was sort of like a smoothie in a bowl, and it blew my mind.
- acai smoothie pack (found at Whole Foods) +
- coconut or almond milk +
- a handful of greens
- hemp hearts
- fresh fruit
- a little agave
